Returns/Refunds
At La Kokkine, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our pieces. Should you wish to make a return, you may do so within 30 days of your purchase date. Regrettably, returns requested beyond this period cannot be accommodated.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY:
Items must be unworn, in pristine condition, and presented in their original packaging and tags as received.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service department via email – include your order number or simply forward it to our customer care by advising the items you wish to return for a refund.
Once your request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization email along with detailed instructions for the return.
Kindly note that we cannot accept items returned without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will be declined and returned back to the sender at their own cost.
You will receive a return shipping label via email. We kindly ask that you pack the item(s) securely and with care. If possible, please reuse the original packaging; however, if it’s not available, any suitable alternative is perfectly fine. Kindly ensure that the return label is affixed to the package, covering the original shipping label.
Please note that lakokkine.com cannot be held responsible for items lost or not received during the return process.
Once your return is received, our quality control team will carefully inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria. You will then receive an email confirming receipt and advising whether your return has been approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be processed promptly, and a credit will be issued to your original method of payment.
Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution, but please allow several business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Sale Items
All sale and promotional items are considered FINALE SALE and are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items may take a little longer to arrive compared to in-stock items, as they are shipped directly from our European supplier only when requested. Please allow approximately 15–20 days from the time your pre-order is placed and paid.
